Splitting is necessary on doing gymnastics. There are gymnastics classes in Abu Dhabi that teach you on proper way of splitting. There are people who are born flexible and for you to have the same level is to practice. You see gymnast do splits with ease but before they master it they undergo hard training and determination to master this move. There are three types of split in gymnastics the left leg front, right leg front, and middle split.

Here are the tips that surely will be useful to you on doing a split:

1.      Warm up your muscles and ligaments; never start doing it without warming up. Start your exercise on doing aerobic, skips, leaps and practice gymnast skills.

2.      Stretch your regimen to help you be more flexible. The more flexible you are, the more easy to do the split.

Try these types of stretching:

-Bend your body to 90 degrees, reach your toes by your hand. Your legs must be straight close to each other.
-Sit down on the floor and extend your legs in front of you. Reach your toes by your hand and hold it until 20 seconds. Keep your legs close again.
-Sit down again on the floor but you need to spread your legs. Reach again your toes on their corresponding hand, if right hands then right foot same with other.

      3.      After done doing the warm up and stretching, you are ready to take the split. Remember that in doing split discomfort is okay but pain is not. If you are not able to do it successfully, don’t worry you just need to rest and then practice again.
