When we say martial arts the things that come into our
mind are fitness, discipline, respect and self-defense. This can be attained by
sending your kids to attend martial arts classes in Abu Dhabi while they are
still young. Let’s get to know the martial arts for your kids.
Aikido. It was originated from Japan and this type of
martial art focuses in throwing/takedown style. Its primary focus is to defend against
the attacker in the least possible harmful way.
Karate. It was developed in Japan and uses striking
styles such as kicking, punching, elbow strikes and knee. Karate also teaches
proper breathing and blocking strikes.
Tae Kwon Do or Taekwondo. Is an art of self-defense that
started in Korea. One of the oldest form of martial arts that is still being
practiced until today. it teaches blocking techniques, striking punches, kicks,
knees and elbows.
Judo. Is a throwing style of martial arts that started
with Japanese jujutsu. The goal of judo is to take down the opponent using
their energy against them.
Kung Fu. Is a Chinese martial arts which was developed
with various styles (mimic animal movements, physical exercise). It applies
kicks, hand strikes and blocks against attackers.
